What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! Delivery is via courier and will arrive within 1 - 7 days. Please note that you will have to sign for it.

Postage Times

We try our very best to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase!

Please note - A working day is Monday through Saturday and doesn't include bank holidays. Orders for next working day delivery will need to be made before 3:00pm. Please also note that we cannot offer next day delivery to the Highlands and Islands and BFPO addresses.

Postage & Packaging

Our standard delivery to UK Mainland is £1.45 and is free with orders over £100. We send orders via Royal Mail and sometimes a signature will be required on delivery. If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept the delivery a card should be left from the Royal Mail to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel.

I haven't received my order, where is it?
If it has been longer than one week for UK residents and two weeks for outside the UK since the time you made the purchase and you still haven't received your order please contact us by emailing us at scott@attaboystockandsupply.com ASAP.

Do you ship to PO boxes or BFPO boxes?

We are currently unable to ship to PO boxes and BFPO boxes. Please enter a full street address for delivery.

Can I add items to an existing order?

We are unable to add items to an existing order or combine two or more orders together. If you would like all of your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order with all the relevant items included.

Can I remove items from an existing order?

If your order has not yet shipped we are able to remove items as necessary and refund for those items. Once an item has shipped you will need to return the relevant items before receiving a refund.

What size will fit best?

Measure up a similar garment to make sure you get the right size first time.

Returns policy and refunds

While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts therefor we will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the conditions below are met:

1)  You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 28 days of receipt of your order.

2)  Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition.  This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact.

Items that have clearly been worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.

Please note that unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.

Your right to cancel

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and individually check each item before it is sent out. We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase however in the event that you wish to make a return, we have a simple procedure.

Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. You must either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing, best done via the contact form or email. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn saleable condition with all original tags attached.

To return goods simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Goods must be sent on a service which records the delivery, i.e. obtains a signature when delivered. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.

We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.

If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired you need to notify us of your intention to cancel, always within the 14 day period. To do so, simply email scott@attaboysupply.com

How do I return an item?

Can you confirm you have received my return & I am being refunded?

As soon as your return is received we will apply your refund and send a credit memo to the email address provided.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

We will process refunds once the original item has been received. We cannot refund any items until the original item is received however once we have the items we will refund the items immediately and issue you with a credit note to your email address. Please note refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your bank account.

Who pays for return postage?

In most instances, Attaboy Stock & Supply Co. does not currently cover the postage cost of returns. We will refund you the full cost of your order excluding postage. If an item is faulty we will cover the cost of the return and replace the item where possible.
